How will you keep their attention and prompt them to call you?
You may do a fantastic job of presenting your listings, and your agent bio may show them that you have the experience and the personality that appeals to them. But that won't keep them from checking out other sites and other agents.
Just as your home buyers want to see "one more house" to make sure they're choosing the best one, those sellers will check out "one more agent" to see that they are choosing the best one.
Your challenge then, is to entice them to leave their names and give their permission for you to stay in touch. From there you'll be able to work on building a relationship, even though you haven't yet met.
You may already be capturing their names by offering a web-based market analysis, but then what?

Third is to pave the way for you to list at the correct price, and get the seller's cooperation in preparing the home for sale, as well as in staying cool and negotiating when offers come in.

These letters are designed for your autoresponder - to be sent after your visitor opts in to get an automated market analysis. If you don't offer that function, you can simply invite them to opt in. In my thank you letter to you I include two suggestions for "invitation" copy for your website.
By the time the final letter arrives, serious sellers should have already contacted you. But just in case, the final letter says you'll be glad to show them your entire marketing plan and presents an offer for them to call you any time with questions.
Could you write these letters yourself? Of course - if you have time and write well. But, if you haven't done it yet, you probably won't. So save yourself hours of aggravation and re-writes.
