New real estate prospecting letters are now available
Thanks to agents who write me to ask “Do you have…” you have two new sets of real estate prospecting letters to help you fill your listing pipeline.
The two new sets are:
Prospecting to Absentee owners of single family rental homes.
These new real estate prospecting letters offer a variety of reasons why those absentee owners might want to sell the rental property they own in your town. It also answers some of the most common reasons why they might be hesitating.
Prospecting to homeowners who have received a Notice of Trustee’s sale
These new real estate prospecting letters are for agents who have investor buyers in the wings – because as you know, once the notice of Trustee’s Sale is posted, those homeowners don’t have much time.
If you watch the newspapers or have access to daily lists, use these letters to generate a few more fast sales this year. You could also become a hero of sorts – and receive referrals as a result.
After all, if you can bring a buyer and put even a little money in their pockets – while saving them from the stain of a foreclosure – they’ll think highly of you.
