…or are you afraid that prospecting to FSBO sellers might make you seem too “pushy?”
Because they’re trying to sell without the aid of a real estate agent, you might think they don’t want to hear from you. And you’d be right about some of them. But not all.
Some of them may be trying it on their own because they got involved with an agent who listed the house and then ignored them. They might be very happy to talk to an agent who really does work for his or her sellers.
So try this: Contact them and offer them a free report on getting started as a FSBO seller. Then follow up with letters that offer advice about all the things they must do and watch out for as they work to sell their homes.
If you’re not sure how to go about it, come over to Copy by Marte and read about my pre-written FSBO prospecting letters. You can even read a sample while you’re there.
