The COVID-19 Real Estate Buyer Letters
As states and cities open up and people get back to work, prospective home buyers who were under stay-at-home orders will be eager to get moving.
However – many of those future home buyers will still be fearful.
No one wants to fall prey to this virus. While some will be (and have been) unconcerned, others will hesitate to enter homes where someone may have been ill.
The COVID-19 Buyer Letters are designed to allay some of their fears and to show them how you can help them find a home with a minimum of exposure.
The 6 letters cover ways to narrow the search – from choosing the neighborhood to eliminating homes that simply won’t work. They also cover becoming pre-approved and maintaining that approved status long enough to close on a home loan.
Finally, they address the fear of moving into a “used” house where someone may have been ill.
I hope, as I’m sure you do, that this pandemic will come to an end and life will get back to normal in the next few months. I hope that by this time next year (or much sooner!) fear will be a distant memory; no longer controlling our behavior.
When that happens, these letters will become obsolete, so the set of six is priced at only $29.
Use them alone, or alternate them with the letters in my “Nurturing Buyer Leads” set. The 12 “nurturing” letters and one special report, combined with the 6 COVID-19 buyer letters in this set, should keep you in touch long enough to make the sale, even if the fear lingers for the next six months!
Whatever you do – stay in touch with those potential buyers!
Those who were getting ready to buy before the lock-down will be eager to get going – and the agent who reaches out to them will gain their business.
And then there were those who weren’t thinking about a new home until they were confined with their families for several weeks. Some of them are thinking about a larger home!
When they inquire – respond quickly!
