Everyone knows that past clients are a real estate agent’s personal gold mine. These are the people who will come back to you again and who will send their friends and relatives to you – but only if you keep in touch with them regularly. If you forget them, they’ll forget you.
The holiday/event themed “Keeping in Touch” real estate letter set will keep you top of mind with past clients – and even future clients.
This real estate letter set is for agents who like a little bit of fun in life – not for the always sane, sober, and serious set.
Each of 26 letters (2 per month) is holiday/celebration/event themed, but with a twist. Most of the topics are a bit off-beat. For instance, you can inform your list about where and when to go to enter a watermelon seed spitting contest, and let them know on which day of the year it really is time to clean the bedroom.
Did you know that April is all about hugging – for your health? Now all your supporters can know as well.
Most of these events have specific dates, so I chose events that happen on the same date each year – making it possible for you to use this set for at least 2 years.
Staying in touch can be put on autopilot…
If you take the time to load them into your autoresponder and set the send dates, you won’t have to think about making it a point to contact your past clients and sphere of for the next 24 months. All you’ll have to do is add names to your autoresponder as your list grows.
So why are there 26 letters for 24 months? Because I added a New Year’s greeting and an Easter greeting – and Easter could be in either March or April. And besides, even though the letter is about the origin of the Easter Bunny, you might not want to use it if there’s a religious conflict.
Could you use these letters if you’re not a real estate agent? Sure, all you’ll have to do is change the call to action at the end of each letter.
If you’re looking for an easy way to stay “Top of mind” with those people who can send you referrals and/or give you repeat business, check out this letter set. (Yes, you’ll find a link to a sample – and yes, you’re welcome to use it.)
One thing to remember... Add yourself to your list. Then if your contacts call to talk about the message you sent, you’ll know exactly what they’re talking about!
