You’ve been reading plenty of good ideas and been nagged at by many expert naggers (including me) so by now you probably know:
- What you will continue to do in 2018.
- What you will drop from your marketing mix in 2018.
- What new projects, systems, or marketing methods you’ll use to either lower your overhead or increase your income.
- What you plan to do to make a little more time for you and your loved ones.
What I’m doing:
Early last year I was inspired by Bob Bly’s Internet Marketing Retirement Plan and began taking steps to launch a new project during the summer.
That got derailed when my letter fulfillment company had a melt-down and I had to spend all my time transferring my prospecting letter sets, books, etc. to a new provider. Then I had to start learning how to use the new system.
After that a few other things got in the way, but this Friday will be the end of the delay. Coach Carol Williams and I are going to record an audio about getting started as a new real estate agent.
Hopefully, this will be the first of a series, as I plan to contact real estate professionals in several different niches to make similar recordings. Then they’ll all be available on this website. If you’d like to participate, write me at marte@copybymarte.com.
Meanwhile… I’d love to hear what you’re going to do as we head into 2018. So scroll down and add your comments. (Please)
And don’t forget – if you need real estate prospecting letters, the code taxes will get you 15% off until midnight on December 31.
