You are here: Home / Why Home Buyers Need Their Own Agent

You know why home buyers need their own agent…

Why home buyers need their own agent

But not all home buyers know.

So tell them why…

If you have site visitors who are bouncing around, calling agent after agent to see the listings they find on line (and you do), it’s time to tell them why home buyers need their own agent. And of course, why you are that agent.

These “Why Home Buyers Need Their Own Agent”  letters will do that job.

Use the first letter as a “bait piece” to gather names and email addresses in your autoresponder, then follow up with 8 more letters that outline why dealing directly with the listing agent is a poor idea – and using your services is a good one. Of course, you can also ask permission and begin sending them to buyers who call about a listing, visit an open house, etc.

You could also offer the information via blog posts about home buying and in your printed materials.

What do these “Why Home buyers need their own agent” letters say?

Each letter stresses how you will save them time, money, or both. The letters point out the buyers’ vulnerability when dealing with the agent whose loyalty lies with the seller, and emphasizes that as a buyers’ agent, you’re there to help them and no one else. They also point out the folly of trying to work with several buyer agents at the same time.

Because it’s important – there’s a warning letter. It explains why they need to stay off Facebook, and why you’ll be on Facebook on their behalf.

So, what does it cost for 9 letters designed to turn “surfing home buyers” into YOUR home buyers? Only $59.

Some people start looking and researching long before they’re ready to buy, so if you still haven’t gotten a call by the time you’ve sent letter #9, you can continue with my Nurturing Buyer Leads letters.

A suggestion: When you send these letters, add a P.S. to each one, beginning with something like: “Here’s what Joe and Nancy Smith had to say about my service…” Then add a different testimonial to each letter.
